Engagements are production-safe by default. Rules of engagement are agreed before any active testing, change windows are coordinated with your team, and destructive techniques are only authorised in staging or with explicit sign-off. We start with a free scoping conversation. Based on your environment, asset inventory, recent threat exposure, and team capacity, we recommend the tier that matches the actual risk rather than the largest invoice. If a smaller tier fits, we say so.

Tiers are starting points. For unusual scope, regulated environments, or programs spanning multiple services, we build a custom engagement with the same transparency. The Founding Cohort discount applies regardless of tier.
Core tiers include one retest within 30 days of report delivery. Pro and Apex tiers include unlimited retests through the remediation window. Apex adds quarterly threat-aligned retests for the duration of the relationship.
