Last updated: June 2025. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.
Dark Force provides offensive security services including penetration testing, dark web intelligence, threat response, credential leak protection, social engineering assessments, and EDR evaluations. All engagements are governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW) that defines scope, timeline, deliverables, and boundaries. We operate strictly within authorized parameters and require written client consent before any testing begins.
Clients must provide accurate system inventories, valid authorization letters, and points of contact for the duration of the engagement. You are responsible for ensuring our activities are permitted within your network environment and for informing relevant stakeholders. False or incomplete information that leads to scope limitations may void warranties on findings.
All data collected during engagements is treated as strictly confidential. We employ encrypted storage, access controls, and secure transmission protocols. Reports and raw findings are shared only with designated client contacts. We retain engagement data for a maximum of 90 days post-delivery, after which it is securely purged unless a longer retention is contractually agreed.
Our services may not be used to target systems without explicit written authorization, to conduct unauthorized surveillance, or to violate applicable laws. Clients agree not to resell, redistribute, or publicly disclose detailed findings without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to terminate any engagement if misuse is suspected.
Dark Force provides security assessments and recommendations. We do not guarantee the elimination of all vulnerabilities or the prevention of future breaches. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our findings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dark Force is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in good faith before resorting to litigation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
